Step 1

Make few cuts in the chicken with knife.

Step 2

Mix together lime juice, salt, curd, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori powder and red chilly powder.

Step 3

Marinate the chicken well with the above atleast for 3 hours(24 hrs is perfect).

Step 4

Preheat oven to 450 f.

Step 5

Place chicken on a cookie sheet with foil paper.

Step 6

Keep shaking and turning it to avoid the chicken pieces from sticking to the Sheet.

Step 7

:- Takes about 45 mins for perfect taste.

Very Good Recipe....You can try frying the baked chicken in some oil/ghee along with some onion/green chilly/cashews and some cumin and garam masala powder....This gives a really appetising look also:)

This recipe tastes really delicious.....My kid enjoyed it very much:).....And after broiling you can try frying the chicken in ghee/oil along with some onions/green chillies/cashews and some cumin powder and garam masala powder ,which leaves the chicken dry and really finger-licking....And you can use the onions/green chillies/cashews for decoration,particularly for parties........!!!
