  • Cut chicken into very small pieces(shouldn¦t be bigger than 2 cm)
  • Mix them with chilly powder, chicken masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Marinate it for half an hour.
  • Chop porotta into small pieces by keeping on a cutting board, using a good knife, to about 1 or 2 cm in length.(Frozen porottas can be used only after it¦s defrosted.
  • Fry chicken pieces in oil and keep aside.
  • In the same frying pan in which chicken was fried, preserve some oil in which chicken was fried and put the chopped porotta pieces. Stir for 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, put chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add fried chicken and porotta into it. Mix well for about 2 minutes.
  • Add some garam masala if you like.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and required salt. Fry for some time and serve hot.
