Step 1

For preparing chilli fried crab, first remove the shell and take out the flesh from crab.

Step 2

Boil dry chillies, garlic and shallots in vinegar for 2 minutes. When cooled crush them.

Step 3

Heat oil in pan, add the ground paste in it.

Step 4

Add onion rings, capsicum, ajino moto, salt and thai chilli sauce.

Step 5

Fry them well.

Step 6

Add the crab and mix well till the masala coats well on the crab pieces.

Step 7

Add little water and cover it and cook.

Step 8

Remove lid, fry the crab, add spring onion and saute well.

Step 9

Chilli fried crab is ready. Serve it hot.
