  • Dry red chillies - 4 nos

  • Ajino moto(A pinch) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing chilli fried crab, first remove the shell and take out the flesh from crab.
  2. Boil dry chillies, garlic and shallots in vinegar for 2 minutes. When cooled crush them.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add the ground paste in it.
  4. Add onion rings, capsicum, ajino moto, salt and thai chilli sauce.
  5. Fry them well.
  6. Add the crab and mix well till the masala coats well on the crab pieces.
  7. Add little water and cover it and cook.
  8. Remove lid, fry the crab, add spring onion and saute well.
  9. Chilli fried crab is ready. Serve it hot.
