Step 1

Boil chicken with ingredients: turmeric, salt and little water. Keep this aside.

2)Mix ingredients: cornflour with maida, garlic with ginger paste, chilly powder, pepper powder and egg to a smooth paste.(add salt if needed).

Step 2

Add boiled chicken to this mixture and marinate for few hours. Fry the chicken pieces.

Step 3

Fry the ingredients: capsicum, big onion and green chillies

Step 4

Add chicken soup to this and allow to boil without too much gravy.

6)Put the fried chicken into this and add red colour and tomato sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add white pepper powder and decorate with coriander leaves.
