Instructions
  1. Boil chicken with ingredients: turmeric, salt and little water. Keep this aside. 2)Mix ingredients: cornflour with maida, garlic with ginger paste, chilly powder, pepper powder and egg to a smooth paste.(add salt if needed).
  2. Add boiled chicken to this mixture and marinate for few hours. Fry the chicken pieces.
  3. Fry the ingredients: capsicum, big onion and green chillies
  4. Add chicken soup to this and allow to boil without too much gravy. 6)Put the fried chicken into this and add red colour and tomato sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add white pepper powder and decorate with coriander leaves.
