Step 1

For preparing chilly fried fish, first marinate the fish pieces with 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric and salt.

Step 2

Fry the fish and keep aside.

Step 3

In a pan, add little oil. Fry garlic, onion and green chillies.

Step 4

Add chilly powder, chilly powder, turmeric and curry leaves.

Step 5

Add vinegar, tomato sauce, ajino moto, pepper and required salt.

Step 6

Fry for few minutes and add corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup water.

Step 7

Make it a semi thick gravy.

Step 8

Pour over the fish.

Step 9

Chilly fried fish is ready.
