Instructions
  1. For preparing chilly fried fish, first marinate the fish pieces with 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric and salt.
  2. Fry the fish and keep aside.
  3. In a pan, add little oil. Fry garlic, onion and green chillies.
  4. Add chilly powder, chilly powder, turmeric and curry leaves.
  5. Add vinegar, tomato sauce, ajino moto, pepper and required salt.
  6. Fry for few minutes and add corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup water.
  7. Make it a semi thick gravy.
  8. Pour over the fish.
  9. Chilly fried fish is ready.
