Step 1

For preparing chilly paneer recipe, first roll the paneer cubes in 2 tbsp corn flour.

Step 2

Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and deep fry the paneer cubes to a golden brown color. Keep this aside.

Step 3

Blend remaining corn flour in some water and keep aside.

Step 4

Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan and add crushed garlic and saute for a few seconds in low heat.

Step 5

Add onion, green chillies, capsicum and saute for some more time.

Step 6

Stir in fried paneer cubes and vegetable stock.

Step 7

Add pepper powder, soy sauce, chilly sauce, ajino moto, blended cornflour and keep stirring in low heat until the sauce thickens to coat the paneer pieces.

Step 8

Chilly paneer recipe, a yummy mouth watering side dish with fried rice is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
