Chilly Paneer Recipe

Deep fried paneer cubes cooked in vegetable stock, chilly sauce and other ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Fresh paneer cubes
  • 2 nos Onion chopped into big slices
  • 3 nos Green chilly chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 no Capsicum cut into thick strips
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • Ajino moto A pinch
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chilly paneer recipe, first roll the paneer cubes in 2 tbsp corn flour.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan and deep fry the paneer cubes to a golden brown color. Keep this aside.
  • Blend remaining corn flour in some water and keep aside.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan and add crushed garlic and saute for a few seconds in low heat.
  • Add onion, green chillies, capsicum and saute for some more time.
  • Stir in fried paneer cubes and vegetable stock.
  • Add pepper powder, soy sauce, chilly sauce, ajino moto, blended cornflour and keep stirring in low heat until the sauce thickens to coat the paneer pieces.
  • Chilly paneer recipe, a yummy mouth watering side dish with fried rice is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
