Step 1

For preparing chinese beef chilly, marinate beef pieces with salt, pepper and corn flour. Refrigerate it overnight.

Step 2

Deep fry the beef slices in oil. Drain and keep aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix vinegar, soya sauce, sweet chilly sauce and hot sauce.

Step 4

Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, fry onion, capsicum and green chillies. Add the grated ginger pieces and fry again.

Step 5

Add the mixed sauce and fry again.

Step 6

Add the beef and fry again.

Step 7

Chinese beef chilly is ready.
