  • Beef(sliced thinly) - 1/2 kg
  • Onion(cubed) - 1 no
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
  • Capsicum(cubed) - 1 no
  • Ginger(grated) - 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Hot sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Pepper - 2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing chinese beef chilly, marinate beef pieces with salt, pepper and corn flour. Refrigerate it overnight.
  2. Deep fry the beef slices in oil. Drain and keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix vinegar, soya sauce, sweet chilly sauce and hot sauce.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, fry onion, capsicum and green chillies. Add the grated ginger pieces and fry again.
  5. Add the mixed sauce and fry again.
  6. Add the beef and fry again.
  7. Chinese beef chilly is ready.
