Step 1

To make shredded chicken, put the bone less chicken pieces into a cooker along with a little water, a bit of salt and pepper.

Step 2

:- Add garlic and green chillies if the flavour is preferred.

Step 3

Wait for 1 - 2 wistles, remove the cooker from the stove and open the cooker while its under the tap of cold flowing water.

Step 4

Take out the chicken pieces alone from the water and try to shred them into small pieces.

Step 5

Save the water remaining in the cooker in a bowl.

Step 6

Put the noodles in a sauce pan along with 1 - 2 cups of water.

Step 7

:- Generally its 2 cups of water required to make a pack of noodles.

Step 8

Once the noodles is half cooked, add boiled peas, carrot, pepper, garam masala and chilly sauce.

Step 9

Cook it for 1 - 2 mins and then add soya sauce and stir fry sauce along with the shredded chicken.

Step 10

In the end, add both the eggs and scramble them along with the noodles.

Step 11

:- The noodles is done.
