You can use packaged, fresh or instant noodles available in market. It all depends upon availability. The spicy flavorful broth is prepared from soya sauce, chilli sauce, stir fry sauce, pieces of chicken, pepper and garam masala. I have added veggies such as peas, carrots and capsicum here to enhance the nutrition and flavor of Chinese Chicken Noodles.

The magic and awesomeness of Chinese Chicken Noodles rests in the perfect balancing of flavors – the tanginess of soy sauce, the sweet flavor of chicken, the spicy flavoring of pepper and garam masala and the chilly flavors of the stir fry sauce and chilli sauce. Some prefer to cook Chinese Chicken Noodles in one pot along with the broth to enable the broth to soak up all flavors. There are some who prefer to cook noodles in a separate pot so the noodles does not absorb all the varied flavors. It all depends upon preference. Once the noodles and broth is ready, the final stage is adding the shredded chicken and scrambled eggs to the mix. It is chicken that brings in the necessary protein and enhances the taste and overall flavor. Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Noodles
  • 2 nos Spring onion
  • 100 g Peas(optional)
  • 1 no. Carrot Thin cubes
  • 1 no. Capsicum Cut into thin rounds
  • Garam masala A pinch
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 3 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp Stir fry sauce
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt Only if required, since all these sauces have salt in them.
  • 200 g Chicken Shredded
  • 2 nos. Eggs
  • Try more vegetables in it if preferred.
  • Try to get Frozen Vegetables from kroger. peas and carrots are easily available.

Instructions
 

  • To make shredded chicken, put the boneless chicken pieces into a cooker along with little water, a bit of salt and pepper.
  • :- Add garlic and green chillies if the flavour is preferred.
  • Wait for 1 - 2 whistles, remove the cooker from the stove and open the cooker while its under the tap of cold flowing water.
  • Take out the chicken pieces alone from the water and try to shred them into small pieces.
  • Meanwhile, steam the veggies and keep aside.
  • Put the noodles in a sauce pan along with 1 - 2 cups of water and required salt.
  • :- Generally its 2 cups of water required to make a pack of noodles.
  • Once the noodles is half cooked, add boiled peas, carrot, pepper, garam masala and chilly sauce.
  • Cook it for 1 - 2 mins and then add soya sauce and stir fry sauce along with the shredded chicken.
  • In the end, add both the eggs and scramble them along with the noodles.
  • :- The noodles is done.
