Step 1

Combine in a large pan, yellow onions, celery, carrots, bell pepper in oil and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add chicken and mushrooms.

Step 3

Cover and cook for about 6 minutes.

Step 4

Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and chicken stock.

Step 5

Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Mix 3/4 cup of water with cornstarch till smooth.

Step 7

Stir smooth into pot, stirring fast and bring it to a boil.

Step 8

Switch off the flame.

Step 9

Let it set for a few minutes.

Step 10

:- Serve over cooked Basmati Rice, Fried Noodles, Green Tea.
