Step 1

Chop all the vegetables.

Step 2

Make a batter with maida, corn flour, egg, salt, pepper powder, green chillies and all the chopped vegetables.

Step 3

Divide it into small portions and deep-fry in oil till they are half cooked.

Step 4

Drain the excess oil.

Step 5

Heat little oil in a pan.

Step 6

Add chopped onions and sautT it well.

Step 7

Add ginger, celery, garlic, green chilly and sautT well.

Step 8

Add the red chilly paste (Soak red chilly in vinegar, ginger and garlic. Boil all this together and grind and sautT it in oil) and a pinch of food color. The chilly sauce is ready.

Step 9

Fry the half cooked vegetables again in oil till they are crispy and golden brown.

Step 10

Toss the crispy fried vegetable in the chilly sauce.

Step 11

Garnish with spring onions.

Step 12

:- Serve with fried rice or as a snack with tea.

There will be another way to make the same snacks.Hard boil the eggs and cut it into round pieces and put egg slices into the better and fry them till golden brown.then we can continue with the rest of the recipe
