Step 1

In a bowl, melt chocolate with milk for a minute or more. Blend well.

Step 2

Add melted butter to it and blend again.

Step 3

Sieve together flour, cinnamon, baking and soda powder. Add to the chocolate mixture.

Step 4

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Step 5

Beat egg yolks with sugar till pale in color. Stir into the chocolate mixture.

Step 6

Whisk the egg whites with a little salt till they are stiff and form peaks.

Step 7

Use a spatula to mix the egg white into the cake mix. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Meantime preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease a medium wide loaf pan.

Step 9

Transfer the batter into the loaf pan and bake. If the top browns quickly, cover with a foil and continue baking till well risen.

Step 10

Cool the cake and spread chocolate icing and colored sprinklers on top. Chill well and enjoy!
