Instructions
  1. In a bowl, melt chocolate with milk for a minute or more. Blend well.
  2. Add melted butter to it and blend again.
  3. Sieve together flour, cinnamon, baking and soda powder. Add to the chocolate mixture.
  4. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
  5. Beat egg yolks with sugar till pale in color. Stir into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Whisk the egg whites with a little salt till they are stiff and form peaks.
  7. Use a spatula to mix the egg white into the cake mix. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  8. Meantime preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease a medium wide loaf pan.
  9. Transfer the batter into the loaf pan and bake. If the top browns quickly, cover with a foil and continue baking till well risen.
  10. Cool the cake and spread chocolate icing and colored sprinklers on top. Chill well and enjoy!
