Step 1

For making noodles:
1)With 10 cups of water, cook the noodles on high flame.

Step 2

Add salt into it.

Step 3

Boil, until 75% is cooked.

Step 4

Drain and add 1 tbsp oil.

Step 5

Cool it and mix the corn flour.

Step 6

Heat the oil in a pan.

Step 7

Deep fry the noodles. Turn over the noodles, until it is light brown.

Step 8

Remove it then and drain it.

Step 9

For making Chopsuey:
1)Boil all the vegetables, except mushrooms, spring onion, celery and green chillies in water, enough to cover the vegetables.

Step 10

Add a pinch of salt and sugar.

Step 11

Boil it for a minute and drain it.

Step 12

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 13

Stir fry the spring onion, celery and green chillies for 5 seconds.

Step 14

Add the shredded chicken, prawns and fry for another 5 min.

Step 15

Add the mushrooms, cauliflower and the remaining vegetables, pepper, ajinomoto, salt, tomato ketchup and stock.

Step 16

Bring to a boil and stir well.

Step 17

Add the corn flour mixed with water, stirring, until thickened.

Step 18

Put the crispy noodles on a plate and top with chicken and vegetable mixture or serve the crispy noodles side by side with the chicken and vegetable mixture.

Step 19

Garnish with 2 fried eggs(fry the eggs like the way u make bull¦s eye(half boil) but fry both the sides) in the centre.

Dear Kathiravan, If you were familiar with cooking you should know by now that "Soft-boiled eggs or half-boiled eggs are typically cooked by placing the eggs in a pan of boiling water and then simmering for approximately 5-6 minutes.[1]. An egg timer can be used to measure the time the egg is boiled" and by the way--- Boil and Broil are two different cooking terms.


ok let me ask you guys why you call broil as boil when you make sunny side its not boil may be its broil so first you know this things guys and let me tell you more about cooking thanks cooking lovers kathiravan.
