Step 1

Bring chicken stock to boil. Add water if the chicken stock is too concentrated.

Step 2

Reduce flame after boiling.

Step 3

Add salt to taste if needed (the stock will already have salt).

Step 4

Add Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce and pepper to the chicken stock. Stir well.

Step 5

Add beaten egg by pouring it thinly while continuously stirring.

Step 6

Add corn flour to a little water and add the mixture to soup. Bring soup to boil stirring continuously.

Step 7

Serve hot.
