  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper - 3 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Bring chicken stock to boil. Add water if the chicken stock is too concentrated.
  2. Reduce flame after boiling.
  3. Add salt to taste if needed (the stock will already have salt).
  4. Add Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce and pepper to the chicken stock. Stir well.
  5. Add beaten egg by pouring it thinly while continuously stirring.
  6. Add corn flour to a little water and add the mixture to soup. Bring soup to boil stirring continuously.
  7. Serve hot.
