Step 1

For preparing coated beef chilly, first half cook the beef slices and mix with corn flour, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Deep fry it in oil and keep aside.

Step 3

In a pan add the ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves.

Step 4

Add chilly powder, hot sauce, chilly sauce, little salt and pepper.

Step 5

Add the color mixed in water. Immediately add the beef slices and onion rings.

Step 6

Coat well the beef slices.

Step 7

Coated beef chilly is ready. Serve hot.
