Instructions
  1. For preparing coated beef chilly, first half cook the beef slices and mix with corn flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Deep fry it in oil and keep aside.
  3. Add chilly powder, hot sauce, chilly sauce, little salt and pepper.
  4. Add the color mixed in water. Immediately add the beef slices and onion rings.
  5. Coat well the beef slices.
  6. Coated beef chilly is ready. Serve hot.
