Step 1

For preparing cocoa custard, mix custard powder with some milk and stir it well and keep it aside.

Step 2

Mix cocoa powder with some milk and keep it aside.

Step 3

Boil milk in a vessel. Add the custard milk mixture to the boiling milk and stir well.

Step 4

Separate the yolk of the egg from the white and stir the yolk well.

Step 5

Add the stirred yolk, sugar and cocoa powder to the boiling custard one by one. Stir it well.

Step 6

Then add the milk maid to the above mixture and stir it again (try to take no long interval while string)

Step 7

Take it from flame when it is mixed well.

Step 8

Freeze it in a freezer.

Step 9

Spread cherries on the frozen custard and decorate it as your wish.

Step 10

Cocoa custard is ready. Serve it for parties or as an evening snack.
