Instructions For preparing cocoa custard, mix custard powder with some milk and stir it well and keep it aside. Mix cocoa powder with some milk and keep it aside. Boil milk in a vessel. Add the custard milk mixture to the boiling milk and stir well. Separate the yolk of the egg from the white and stir the yolk well. Add the stirred yolk, sugar and cocoa powder to the boiling custard one by one. Stir it well. Then add the milk maid to the above mixture and stir it again (try to take no long interval while string) Take it from flame when it is mixed well. Freeze it in a freezer. Spread cherries on the frozen custard and decorate it as your wish. Cocoa custard is ready. Serve it for parties or as an evening snack.
