Step 1

Boil 6 eggs and just cut around the eggs so that when you cook masala blends with egg and not breaks.

Step 2

Fry the onions in oil till gets brown in colour.

Step 3

Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till gets cooked well.

Step 4

Add salt and tomatos cook it well for 10 minutes in low heat.

Step 5

Add all the masalas, 2 cups of water and eggs boil it for 20 mins in low heat.
:- Stir every 5 mins slowly without breaking the eggs.

Step 6

:- Serve it with rice or chappathi or plain dosa.
