Instructions
  1. Boil 6 eggs and just cut around the eggs so that when you cook masala blends with egg and not breaks.
  2. Fry the onions in oil till gets brown in colour.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till gets cooked well.
  4. Add salt and tomatos cook it well for 10 minutes in low heat.
  5. Add all the masalas, 2 cups of water and eggs boil it for 20 mins in low heat. :- Stir every 5 mins slowly without breaking the eggs.
  6. :- Serve it with rice or chappathi or plain dosa.
