Step 1

In a mixer add grated coconut, coriander leaves, onion, ginger, green chillies,tomato and salt. Grind to a paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a tava and splutter mustard seeds, red chillies and then add the ground mixture. Cook in low heat till raw smell disappears.

Step 3

Your delicious coriander coconut chutney is ready.

Having just returned from Kerala, I dream of delicious coconut chutney! However, before trying this recipe, I d like to confirm what you mean by nos as quantity for chilies This could be very important! Many thanks. I look forward to trying the recipe very soon. PS. Can you recommend a recipe for idli or dhosa.
