Step 1

Grind the corn with ginger and green chillies.

Step 2

To the above paste, add rice flour, masala powder and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a kadai or a pan.

Step 4

Make small balss of the above mixture and shape them into vadas.

Step 5

Fry them till they turn golden brown.

Step 6

:- Server hot with mint chutney.

Step 7

:- Grind the mixture only after the oil is put on heat. Otherwise, it will absorb oil.


Thanks a lot for the recipie it turned out to be good but i am not very fast in cooking to make after putting the kadai on is difiicult for me .but it turned out to be very good once again thanks
