Instructions
  1. Grind the corn with ginger and green chillies.
  2. To the above paste, add rice flour, masala powder and salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadai or a pan.
  4. Make small balss of the above mixture and shape them into vadas.
  5. Fry them till they turn golden brown.
  6. :- Server hot with mint chutney.
  7. :- Grind the mixture only after the oil is put on heat. Otherwise, it will absorb oil.
