Cream Of Mushroom

Wash and clean the mushroom, chop the onion, garlic and keepit ready.

In a pan heat butter and sauté the onion and garlic.

Add the mushroom and let it cook.

When the mushroom becomes soft add the maida and sauté for aminute.

To this add milk and let the mixture cook for about 5minutes.

Once done, transfer to a bowl, sprinkle pepper powder andserve.
