Cream Of Mushroom
Ingredients
- Button mushrooms : 1 cup chopped finely
- Medium sized onion : 1 finely chopped
- Garlic : 3 pods
- Butter : 1 1/2 tbsp
- All Purpose Flour : 1 1/2 tbsp
- Milk : 2 1/2 cups
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper powder : to taste
Instructions
- Add the mushroom and let it cook.
- When the mushroom becomes soft add the maida and sauté for aminute.
- To this add milk and let the mixture cook for about 5minutes.
- Once done, transfer to a bowl, sprinkle pepper powder andserve.
