Step 1

Boil milk and keep aside. Boil china grass by stirring it very nicely so that it becomes a clear liquid.

Step 2

Now mix condensed milk and fresh cream in a bowl and then pour it into boiled milk.

Step 3

Mix the milk mixture with china grass and pour into pudding dish and let it set.

Step 4

In a fry pan, add sugar and then nuts. Stir well so that nut caramelizes.

Step 5

Decorate the pudding with caramelized nuts.
