  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • China grass - 1 pack
  • Sugar - 3 tsp

Instructions
  1. Boil milk and keep aside. Boil china grass by stirring it very nicely so that it becomes a clear liquid.
  2. Now mix condensed milk and fresh cream in a bowl and then pour it into boiled milk.
  3. Mix the milk mixture with china grass and pour into pudding dish and let it set.
  4. In a fry pan, add sugar and then nuts. Stir well so that nut caramelizes.
  5. Decorate the pudding with caramelized nuts.
