Directions

Step 1

Marinate the prawns with salt and lemon juice for 30 mins.

Step 2

Dip it in the beaten egg and roll it over the bread crumbs.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Fry prawns one by one.

Step 5

Flip the side after 20 seconds.

Step 6

:- Prawns should not be over cooked.
:- Maximum cooking time of prawns is 1-2 mins for frying.
:- Spice lovers can add chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste while marinating. But non spicy one will be tasty.
