Do you need a crispy snack for evening but not a spicy one, then this would be your best choice. The egg coated, lemon flavored pawns are deeply fried in oil and served. This crispy prawns will definitely taste awesome without any spices, masala or any other added flavors. If you want spice, you can add chilli powder, thats purely of your choice.

Instructions
  1. Marinate the prawns with salt and lemon juice for 30 mins.
  2. Dip it in the beaten egg and roll it over the bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Fry prawns one by one.
  5. Flip the side after 20 seconds.
  6. :- Prawns should not be over cooked. :- Maximum cooking time of prawns is 1-2 mins for frying. :- Spice lovers can add chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste while marinating. But non spicy one will be tasty.
