Dilkush, a diffetent type of snack

Step 1

For preparing dilkush, put the maida in a flat vessel.

Step 2

Make a hole in the middle. Put soda powder, curd, sugar, ghee and salt in the hole.

Step 3

Mix the mixture gently.

Step 4

Then sprinkle water and mix it again.

Step 5

Make balls out of the dough and make it finger shaped.

Step 6

Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and fry it till brown in colour. Remove it.

Step 7

Dilkush is ready. Serve immediately.

Step 8

1.Fry the dilkush as soon as it is shaped.
2.Don`t knead the dough roughly.
