Instructions
  1. For preparing dilkush, put the maida in a flat vessel.
  2. Make a hole in the middle. Put soda powder, curd, sugar, ghee and salt in the hole.
  3. Mix the mixture gently.
  4. Then sprinkle water and mix it again.
  5. Make balls out of the dough and make it finger shaped.
  6. Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and fry it till brown in colour. Remove it.
  7. Dilkush is ready. Serve immediately.
  8. TIPS 1.Fry the dilkush as soon as it is shaped. 2.Don`t knead the dough roughly.
