  • For preparing dilkush, put the maida in a flat vessel.
  • Make a hole in the middle. Put soda powder, curd, sugar, ghee and salt in the hole.
  • Mix the mixture gently.
  • Then sprinkle water and mix it again.
  • Make balls out of the dough and make it finger shaped.
  • Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and fry it till brown in colour. Remove it.
  • Dilkush is ready. Serve immediately.
  • TIPS 1.Fry the dilkush as soon as it is shaped. 2.Don`t knead the dough roughly.
