Step 1

Soak the badam in water around 6 hrs.

Step 2

Make a thick sugar syrup.

Step 3

After six hrs, peel off badam skin and grind it well without adding water.

Step 4

Add maida in this mix and make it into small balls.

Step 5

Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 6

Put this ball and fry it to light brown colour.

Step 7

Take out the balls from the pan.

Step 8

Keep it in sugar syrup.

Step 9

:- Serve this after 30 mins.
