Badam

gm
Sugar
Ghee
for frying
Instructions
Soak the badam in
water
around 6 hrs.
Make a thick
sugar
syrup.
After six hrs, peel off badam skin and grind it well without adding
water
.
Add maida in this mix and make it into small balls.
Heat
ghee
in a pan.
Put this ball and fry it to light brown colour.
Take out the balls from the pan.
Keep it in
sugar
syrup.
:- Serve this after 30 mins.
