Step 1

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 2

Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and fry, till they become soft.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder and salt.

Step 4

Add thin coconut milk and allow it to boil.

Step 5

When it starts boiling, break the eggs into it one by one and cover it with a lid to set.

Step 6

Once the eggs are cooked, add tomato and thick coconut milk.

Step 7

Simmer for 2 - 3 mins.

Dhanya, don`t mix the eggs with the masala....just break it in, cover, and wait for a few minutes for it to set...Its a gr8 recipe. Hope u enjoy it.!!


hi, this one seems to be good..though i am yet to try it. but, one doubt...should we mix the egg with the masala after pouring it or should we keep it like a bull`s eye?please clarify.
