Egg Molee Spicy poached eggs 4 nos Eggs2 nos Onion (finely sliced)1 no Tomato (finely sliced)Ginger (chopped)3 nos Garlic pods (chopped)4 nos Green chillies (slit)1/4 tsp Tumeric powderSalt (As reqd)3 tbsp Oil50 ml Thin coconut milk50 ml Thick coconut milkCurry leaves (A few) Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and fry, till they become soft.Add turmeric powder and salt.Add thin coconut milk and allow it to boil.When it starts boiling, break the eggs into it one by one and cover it with a lid to set.Once the eggs are cooked, add tomato and thick coconut milk.Simmer for 2 - 3 mins. Dhanya, don`t mix the eggs with the masala….just break it in, cover, and wait for a few minutes for it to set…Its a gr8 recipe.

hi, this one seems to be good..though i am yet to try it. but, one doubt…should we mix the egg with the masala after pouring it or should we keep it like a bull`s eye?please clarify.
