Step 1

Heat a pan to melt the ghee.

Step 2

Fry the chopped vegetables on a low flame.

Step 3

When they are cooked soft, add chopped onions and chopped chillies and fry them.

Step 4

Take a bowl and add the eggs and the cooked vegetables and beat them well with salt.

Step 5

Pour the mixture in the form of dosas and cook it on the both sides.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 7

:- Serve hot with any rice or bread.
