Instructions
  1. Heat a pan to melt the ghee.
  2. Fry the chopped vegetables on a low flame.
  3. When they are cooked soft, add chopped onions and chopped chillies and fry them.
  4. Take a bowl and add the eggs and the cooked vegetables and beat them well with salt.
  5. Pour the mixture in the form of dosas and cook it on the both sides.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. :- Serve hot with any rice or bread.
