Egg Omelette Egg omelette with vegetables 1 tbsp Ghee1 no Onion1 no Green chilly2 nos Eggs1 tbsp Vegetables (finely chopped)Salt (As reqd)Coriander leaves Heat a pan to melt the ghee.Fry the chopped vegetables on a low flame.When they are cooked soft, add chopped onions and chopped chillies and fry them. Take a bowl and add the eggs and the cooked vegetables and beat them well with salt.Pour the mixture in the form of dosas and cook it on the both sides.
