Step 1

For preparing egg plant dip, first bake the egg plant and garlic(whole without peeling skin) in oven or grill it.

Step 2

Peel the skin of eggplant and chop it.

Step 3

Remove the skin of roasted garlic and mince with eggplant.

Step 4

Mix it in a bowl. Add salt and drizzle olive oil.

Step 5

Use the dip with pita bread(roasted/raw).
