Instructions
  1. For preparing egg plant dip, first bake the egg plant and garlic(whole without peeling skin) in oven or grill it.
  2. Peel the skin of eggplant and chop it.
  3. Remove the skin of roasted garlic and mince with eggplant.
  4. Mix it in a bowl. Add salt and drizzle olive oil.
  5. Use the dip with pita bread(roasted/raw).
