Step 1

Take egg white (albumen) into a bowl and whip well.

Step 2

Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder and whip well.

Step 3

Keep the bowl with its contents in a cooker (or water bath) and cook for 15 - 20 mins (without weight if cooker is used).

Step 4

:- Serve hot or cold.


It is very good. Easy to prepare.
