Step 1

For preparing fish decker, marinate the fish in lemon juice and salt mixture. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Grind tomato and garlic to make a red thick paste.

Step 3

Saute the ingredients in olive oil and add the tomato paste to it and saute it well.

Step 4

In another pan, fry the marinated fish on both sides in olive oil.

Step 5

Apply a layer of tomato masala on a serving plate in the size of the fish.

Step 6

Place the fish on top the masala.

Step 7

Apply masala again on top of the fish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and repeat the procedure till the other 2 fried fish are placed on top.

Step 8

The masala must come on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Step 9

Garnish the plate with coriander leaves and lime wedges.
