  • Tomato - 4 nos
  • garlic(ground) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger(ground) - 1/2 inch
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp

  • Bay leaves - 3 nos
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

  • Celery - 3 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing fish decker, marinate the fish in lemon juice and salt mixture. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Grind tomato and garlic to make a red thick paste.
  3. Saute the ingredients in olive oil and add the tomato paste to it and saute it well.
  4. In another pan, fry the marinated fish on both sides in olive oil.
  5. Apply a layer of tomato masala on a serving plate in the size of the fish.
  6. Place the fish on top the masala.
  7. Apply masala again on top of the fish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and repeat the procedure till the other 2 fried fish are placed on top.
  8. The masala must come on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  9. Garnish the plate with coriander leaves and lime wedges.
