Step 1

Clean the fish thoroughly.

Step 2

Slice the fish into long finger like pieces.

Step 3

Appy salt and half the pepper powder and keep it for about 1 hour.

Step 4

Beat the egg.

Step 5

Add maida to it and bring it to a dripping consistency. (Add water if necessary).

Step 6

Add salt and the remaining pepper to this batter and mix well.

Step 7

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Step 8

Dip the fish pieces in the batter, roll it in the bread crumbs.

Step 9

Deep fry them in hot oil.


this dish very bland hope sumbody thought abt lemon juice..!!
